I want to use spring boot 1.5.2 with hibernate search and I need to know what version of hibernate-search is compatiable.

Springboot 1.5.2 is based on Hibernate Core 5.0.12.Final but I can't see which version of hibernate-search I should use?

I tried the latest but then my springboot project would not run.

Hi,

to match Hibernate ORM (core) 5.0.x you should use either Hibernate Search 5.5.x or 5.6.x
