Where has the Hibernate Statistics MBean gone? With Hibernate 4.0, we could see many useful Hibernate statistics in the JMX console (Hibernate/Statistics). Now with 5.2.7, there is just a lonely BatchBuilderImpl bean (org.hibernate.core/null/org.hibernate.engine.jdbc.batch.internal.BatchBuilderImpl) with a single property JdbcBatchSize. That is quite a regression. Can we get the more complete statistics as a MBean, please? Or are we missing something?

Did you enable the statistics configuration property?

Code:
<property name="hibernate.generate_statistics" value="true"/>
