Why a delete request can be generate after saveAndFlush() ??

Hibernate: update commande set ....
Hibernate: delete from tax_produit where ID =?

I do not understand the mecanism

That's because a Delete action was scheduled and propagated during flush time. For more details, check out the following resources:
