Hi,

ISSUE: My program always reached at max pool connection limit and after that it get hanged. For continuing the process I have to restart my application, else no option lefts for me. The app does not seem to return connections to the pool so that can be uesed for other request.

I am using hibernate-c3p0 version 4.2.7.SP1 also tried 4.3.9.Final.
I am using Postgresql for database.

I google for this issue and found many posts, out of that some have mention that I may be possible that your connection are keep unclosed, so such condition occured.
I have checked in my code, my connection is getting closed. Because I am using "Try with Resource" clause that close the open resource automatically.

I also tried with different Hibernate Properties's value to each time my program reached at max pool connection.




Can anyone let me khow which c3p0 version I should use ? Is it known hibernate c3p0 issue ?
