Im not sure if I should post here or on another string, but a developer friend of mine suggested I use this forum to help with a particular query and how to identify a great candidate for a possible role. Im currently in need of a strong EXPERT level developer on the hibernate framework. I understand that I may be soliciting by asking for help, but I am by no means offering employment but asking for advice on how to identify the proper individual for the role. I am in need of strong java developers that have taken a strong understanding of the hibernate framework in and around the Dallas/Ft. Worth areas or willing to relocate to the specified location. Any help from this talented group of users within this forum would be much appreciated.
