hi,
I want to put time constraint for connection with c3p0,

for example database connection is activeted in 1 minute, connection is available but database connection is not activeted in 1 minute connection is not avalible

Can you please try to explain your problem better?
Seems you are making distinction between "connection" and "database-connection",
but actually there's only one connection per database-session so I do not understand what you indend with
connection.

What do you mean with 'activated in 1 minute', what do you mean with "activate"?
