Howdy guys,

I have a problem with making the @MapsId and @EmbeddedId works in Hibernate 4. I've described the problem in details on StackOverflow: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7984 ... embeddedid

and also commented the Hiberate JIRA issue: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBPAPP-6475

I'm curious - is the commented JIRA issue connected with the Exception I get?
Is there any workaround other than "do not use @EmbeddedId"?
Is there a chance that this will be solved in the nearest future?
