I am struggling to connect to a Mysql database

I do not understand why if I look inside the zip file I can find the driver in the postion

exactly as it is specified in the configuration file com.mysql.jdbc.Driver, but in the jar imported in Eclipse I cannot find it, I am really puzzled, do not know where is my error, any help appreciated, thanks in advance
