Hello,

I have a problem with criteria api if starting character is not ascii

For example, this works fine

Code:

restrictions.add(Restrictions.ilike("description", "ušuš", MatchMode.ANYWHERE));

but if first char is not ascii, then it does not find record in database although it exists

Code:

restrictions.add(Restrictions.ilike("description", "šušuš", MatchMode.ANYWHERE));
