can i use stemming and lemmatization in hibernate search for german language.
I use snowballFilter for steming but how can i use lemmiatization ??
i cant find any filter to use limmiatization for german language

what exactly do you understand under lemmatization? Obviously there is the stemming part which you seem to have figured out. The other part I would consider part of lemmatization is synonym search, meaning searching for 'car' and getting a hit for 'automobile'. Is this what you mean? In this case have a look at SynonymTokenFilter or synonym search in general.
