we are planning to convert our existing database into hibernate which is currently in oracle 10g.
our database has queries with 5 or 6 joins and it and we are using struts .
Our database is a payroll and hrms database with 30 to 35 tables and is moderate in size.

Any ideas and suggestions on converting

any material or guide that exactly suits for converting

Thanking u in advance
