Hi all,

I'm curious if others have observed this as well. When an entity is extended it doesn't seem to be properly cached anymore. I see a lot of queries such as this in my log:

select x,y,z from A where a.id = ? and A.DTYPE in('AA','BB','CC')

The entities have been annotated with
@Cache(usage = CacheConcurrencyStrategy.NONSTRICT_READ_WRITE)

Is it possible that Hibernate is ignoring the entity cache because of the and A.DTYPE(etc)? If so, this would be a bug.

Kind regards,

Marc
