i want to remove spring from my project what can i do to remove all the function of spring like getHibernateTemplate().find
getHibernateTemplate().get
...etc

First of all, this is the wrong forum. This would be a question for the general Hibernate User forum.
Next, your question is ways to vague. I doubt you will get an answer there either. It all depends on what frameworks you are using or want to be using. There heaps of tutorials out there on how to use Hibernate with framework xyz. I would start there.

Please note that Hibernate is used in way more other contexts than in Spring, so we don't necessarily know what is the best way to do something with Spring.
