Out of Package Error with hibernate in db2

We receive out of package error in case of db2 database. Logs show a number of open statements. Is this issue due to the statements that are open. If so how can we close those statements?

I got LockAcquisitionException before I received this error. Could this have any impact?

I need more information to understand this. Could you please post version numbers and full stack traces of the error, and explain how we could reproduce the issue.
