i have problem in my Spring hibernate application.
when i try to create Criteria object using hibernate session it give me errors as
createCriteria is not valid without active transaction
at org.hibernate.context.ThreadLocalSessionContext$TransactionProtectionWrapper.invoke(ThreadLocalSessionContext.java:297)
at $Proxy0.createCriteria(Unknown Source)
in my Dispatcher -Servlet.xml file i have

</bean>

In my Application Context

Please help me how to get active transaction.
