 Post subject: Skip table creation for some VO

I got BIG problem with my system.
My system got many VOes (Value Object - Hibernate annotated classes) as complex solution for some customers but one of them want basic funcionality.
Is there any chance to use some maven profile and other special annotation to show which table should be created/updated and which should NOT when schema creation/update flag in hibernate properties file is on.
