i downloaded the eclipse and the zip file of teneo,but i failed to install teneo ,who can help me?

Hi guys,
I have a same problem about installed teneo. I have downloaded only zip file of teneo but after all I failed to installed teneo. My friend also helped me but he can't installed it properly. what is the proper step to install teneo. Anybody can help me about it?
