Hello,
This is my first post here. I am newbie for hibernate.
I wanted to know can i import/export data to CSV,Excel,Text files using hibernate??
If yes then how it can be done ??

Hibernate is an OR-Mapper and as such, I'd say there's no built-in export facility.

What you can do is:
1. load a list of entities via hibernate
2. write the CSV,Text,XLS etc. your self, e.g. by using apache POI for Excel.

Oh yeah..Thanks a lot Thomas.
I got it..Is it fine if i go for JasperReport to generate report or any other optimum option is there??
