The driver name is correct.

Things to check:

Do you have ojdbc5.jar or ojdbc5_g.jar on the project's classpath?

Does your hibernate.reveng.xml use the right console configuration? (It's on the Overview tab when editing hibernate.reveng.xml with the Hibernate reverse engineering editor.)

Is your console configuration configured correctly? Either the Project needs to be set on the Main tab, or you need to add the library in Classpath (I haven't tried the latter).
