Hi Hibernate users,

I just wanted to know that there are some 4 versions of CaveatEmptor available on the web site:

1. caveatemptor
2. caveatemptor-native
3. caveatemptor-jpa
4. jpwh-getting-started

Which one out of these is runnable ? I tried setting up all the 4, but no luck :(

It seems, there is no web layer implementation. So, just wanted to know from the learned Hibernate community out there, that what all do i need to make caveatemptor running? From 'running' I mean as a complete web app, where you are able to buy, bid, sell items through urls with the underlying DAO layer written with the help of Hibernate.

Best regards,
guntas

There is no version of CaveatEmptor with a user interface. Its primary purpose is to educate on how to build a persistence service/layer with Hibernate, not how to build a web application. If you don't know how to build a web application, you'll need to read the appropriate books and tutorials. You won't find them here.
