I need to convert one database scheme to other.
I mean, I need to convert data from client db, with his own sheme into my database with my scheme.
Is there any tool that doing so (GUI or XML or something for the scheme mapping) ??

There are a number of tools for doing what your after so a quick google hunt should fine one. Personally, if it is a one off just do it manually.

I need something that do it automatically, so clients will be able to just configure a way how there scheme should convert, and then the application should do it every day or so...

Before I post here, I searched and found few tools. but not an Open source one, nor something that I can integrate into my application.
