Hi,

We can turn on Hibernate on JBoss as MBean service, it works fine I done it. In the descriptor hibernate-service.xml it is set to use DataSource exposed by server.

Is it possible to do the same with using JDBC direct, not DataSource

Thanks for some help
Krzysztof

Absolutely!

Just configure the Hibernate Session instance to use a standard JDBC connection, rather than a connection pool datasource. This can be done in the hibernate.cfg.xml file
