 Post subject: No Persistence provider for EntityManager named example???

Hi I am using Hibernate with Java persistence API.
I have a strange problem.I have created a project and it runs succesfully.
However when i create another project whose strucutre( persistence.xml and all configuration files) are exactly the same, the project throws an exception "No Persistence provider for EntityManager named example"..
is there any reason for that? am i doin something wrong?
any advice???

put the "hibernate-entitymanager.jar" in /lib application and add in classpath.
