I work for a large software development company based in South Africa. We will shortly be embarking on a huge development project and we have decided to use NHibernate for the first time in our organisation. We therefore do not possess much experience with NHibernate.

We are looking for an expert who would be able to train a few of our top developers and then provide adhoc consulting services after that. We see the training being very comprehensive and we would also use this time to build up our internal "best practices" for using NHibernate.

We are only looking for someone who has a lot of experience and can prove a high level of expertise.
