 Post subject: JPA Named query

Hi ,
Is there any advantage to working with JPA named queries other then convenience , does the provider utilizes the cache better when dealing with named queiries or something like that ?

The only real benefit (besides organization) is that the queries will be checked at deployment time so you won't unknowingly run into a bad query at runtime.
