Maybe this is not the best section to put this question, but i'm wondering if JBoss has in sight any portation of hibernate to PHP, like what hapend with NHibernate for .NET.

With the version 5 of php, php can now face on the same field other alternatives, like aspx. It has now much support for objects oriented programming, it has a company behind giving contant support to the language, besides the community php has, being a open source development language.

Is there any prediction if Hibernate will ever be portated do php?

May be you should look at phalanger - php compiler for .net. I have not used it myself though. See if you can use nhibernate .net assemblies in it.
