 Post subject: storing images into oracle using hibernate -- cpu usage 100%

while storing images into oracle using hibernate my cpu usage reaches 100% and it is not able recover for a long time. what could be the reason?

Can anybody suggest me?

It might be because of input stream(here am not using any buffer) is taking much time to load a image into database.

Now it's cleared, am using buffered input stream.
