We implemented an application using Hibernate(thanks to Hibernate team its nice ORM tool) and J2EE

We sucessfully launched this application 1 yr ago.

Surprisingly we are getting some exceptions from this application now(2 to 5 excpetions in a day). We are not able to replicate the same exception with same credentials all the time. It seems some DB response error.
We want to know root cause for this error.
