 Post subject: passing sqlTransaction to Nhibernate transaction

I simply have an sqltransaction (that comes from other places) and i want to run a Nhibernate Transaction under that transaction.

My purpose is to open a transaction in a diffrent application and commit it only if the Nhibernate succeeded to commit.

i initilize the session with the connection that opend the sqltransaction and run the nhibernate transaction it that transaction.

i searched all over the forum with out help...
Pls Assist!!!

Hi Tomer,

Using the complus serviced components combining with the NHibernate allows you to do what you want.

Firstly, you have to read about serviced component transaction (msdn).
Secondly, google and find an article dealing with the com+ and NHibernate issue.
