 Post subject: autocommit problem when inserting data for the database

Hi guys,

I'm using Hibernate 3.2 and i need to control concurrency in my webapp. But i dont know where is made the commit when i insert data for the database. I want to use optimistic-lock command, but need to know where commit is made. I'm using mySQL database. Can anyone help me?
