 Post subject: Hibernate load and delete

Hi,

I'm bit stuck on this.In our company the hibernate domain object is
send to the DAO with the id and the version, the object deletes, but this seems to be inconsistent at some points.

What is the safe method.

(1)Loading the object with the ID and deleting that in the DAO. or
(2)Passing the domain object with the ID and the version to the delete method of the DAO.
