We have built a multi-threaded app using:
• Java 1.4
• JBoss 3.2
• Hibernate
• SQL Server 2000

The technologies support up to 2000 threads running at the same time; however we get hibernate exceptions when we try and run more than 10.

I also have threads interfering with other threads and not writing the command values to the DB.

I need help in solving these two issuses.

In fact I am open to hiring a contractor to help diagnose and resolve ASAP.

Can you post a stack trace of the exceptions you are seeing?

This sounds more like issues with your own code/architecture than Hibernate itself. There are plenty of systems in production with many more than 10 concurrent threads using Hibernate.
