Hibernate 3.2.1 ga
DB: Oracle 9

I want to select objects on the basis of a certain time difference, i.e. write a query like:
Code:
from foo.MyClass obj where obj.endDate-obj.startDate >?

where endDate and startDate are java.util.Calendar (TIMESTAMP in DB).

Any ideas how to accomplish this.
I've tried passing Calendar, Long (millisecs) (hibernate fails as it expects a double)
and double(millisecs) (Oracle fails as it expects INTERVAL and gets NUMBER).
