HI,

Is it posible insert/update using HQL.? if so can u post an example.?

Hi,
I think so (although I didnt test it myself). Have a look at ch 13.4 and 14.14 for info and example in the hibernate manual.

i don't have that amnual, can u gimme the location of it or you jus post that example

You can find it on hibernate.org under Documentation, what you want is the Reference documentation for Hibernate Core.
