I wil be happy to know if there is a tool that can do it from uml or from pojo.

Any ideas or reference technologies (like velocity) will be more than welcome.

Did you have a look at AndroMDA ? Hibernate Tools ?

Do you want those annotations to be added on existing POJOs or to create those ones ?

But, it is ok with me to add orm-annotations on exisiting pojo classes.

What do you want ?

Existing pojo's just need two annotations to become entities.

@Entity and @Id

The rest is customization.
