When using implicit polymorphism, ORDER BY and TOP (maxResults) are placed on each SQL-Select. But the whole query result is then NOT "repaired" in the sense that it is sorted again globally (over all sub-results) and then truncated.
We actually need this behavior from now on (because of the way we define Views on SQL Server) - can we rely on this for the future?
