I am not pretty sure if this is a hibernate issue or an Eclipse one.

My hibernate configuration file and the mapping files suddenly disappear. This happened to me about 3 times already.

I am using hibernate, eclipse, and apache tomcat.

Any experiences similar?

Thanks in advance!

I am just doing some coding exercises to use both struts, hibernate, and apache tomcat all in eclipse. I dont have any build.xml yet.

Usually, it disappear after a restart of apache tomcat.

Thanks in advance!

if your config file's are not in a eclipse source directory they will be deleted upon a clean build.
