I am trying to reverse engineer a BLOB column in Oracle 9i
I need to get Blob type

use reveng.xml to specify the type you want it mapped to.

and what is actually generated ?

you are showing me reveng.xml info for BLOB and the generated result for timestamp.

Could you please make the two things related ;)

The solution for my problem will be helpful for you if you are using a tool for hibernate reverse engineering. I could easily edit the hibernate types to what ever like for every column from the Reverse engineering wizard.
