hello,

I'm using hibernate tools 3.2.0.beta8 and need it to generate a ddl for HSQLDB... the problem is that in the database I have a few views and those are turned into tables.... Is there any way to keep them as views ? ... (it looks to me this is not possible but it dosen't hurt asking)

Are there any workarounds to have hbm2ddl skip generation of an entity? I am defining my views in SQL and just want to mix in views with my other tables.

Help
