hello,

I am using the latest version of NHibernate and an SQL server database and client is ASP.NET 2.0 with C# ... my question is I have a table with 4 columns but I want to get only the first 3 on the website but if I don't map all the columns to the hbm.xml it will give me a error system out of range :( so I get extra data that I don't need from the database but now I only have one row so its not a big deal but I'm thinking when I have a big table with many rows and I need to return only a few ... what will I do then ? So is there a way around this ? Pls help thx, very much.
