I am trying to select records from a table with date in the where clause.
I am passing the date as mm/dd/yyyy and the records are returned in sqlserver. But when I execute the same query in oracle, I am getting an error.

ORA-01843: not a valid month.

How to handle query with date in both oracle and sql server to work with HQL?

Any help in this regard is appreciated....
