Hi

Session.Clear() clears the first level cache. In case second level is enablesd, does it also clears it to ?

What is the best way to interact with the SLC ?

Thanks

Avi

Sorry, but this doesn't help

I would like to know if, when second level cache is active, an action on session will affect on both levels of cache ?

Thanks
Avi

Updates on objects (or creating new objects), the second level cache will be updated.
Evicting or clearing has no affect on the SLC.
You can use the factory methods to work with the SLC.
factory.Evict(), factory.Clear()
