maybe this is foolish question but i wonder if hibernate can create new tables in runtime

for example, i wont to create a new table at runtime (good example is bugzilla, i wont to create buglist table for every new project)

i know that hibernate just maps itself to db structure and i can change it only by hands...
but maybe there is some opportunity to do so?
