Hi ,

I have JDK 1.4 in my system....

I want to start learning Hibernate ...should i use hibernate 2.x or 3.x ??

But doesnt Hibernate 3.x use annotations that are not existing in 1.4 version....

you can use annotations to configure hibernate, but the hibernate code itself is completely 1.4 compliant
