I imagine this is asked all the time, but I can't find the right keywords to search on.

What are the best options for automatically creating mapping files from (Oracle) database schemas? I can see that many IDEs support this, but unfortunately mine (JDeveloper) doesn't.

Use Ant tasks in the Hibernate toolset.
