 Post subject: Why data commit happen after half an hour in 3.2 GA build?

We are updating from 3.1.3 to 3.2.0. Application runs well in 3.1.3. But in 3.2.0 GA, data submitted by user is not flushed immediately. It happens sometime after half an hour in hundreds of users. Anyone know what's the solution for this issue. Thanks!
