Is there a way to put some custom / arbitrary DDL or SQL into a hibernate mapping file such that it just gets passed through intact to the generate ddl file when using SchemaExport?

For example, I want to insert some data, add grants on some tables, etc but I would like to just embed this script into the hibernate mappings so that they have a single source.

I thought I remember reading about this somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it again.
