When I initialize a proxy for a class with a large number of ManyToOne properties - it appears to be constructing a large, complex and slow query doing left outer joins to >10 tables (one for each ManyToOne). Is there a way to delay retrieving a property until it is required? At the moment when I retrieve any property on the object it appears to be initializing all of them (apart from the lazy-loaded collections). Is there any way to prevent this?
