I'm trying to solve a memory leak. After 10 minutes of simple selects/updates, my app throws a Out Of Memory Heap yadayada.

In Jetty should I be starting the hibernate connection like this every time:

SessionFactory sessionFactory = new Configuration().configure().buildSessionFactory();
session = sessionFactory.openSession();
