Hibernate version:3.1

Hello

I have to use nationale lenguage in my Oracle db, I chang NLS_Lang parametr for this language and jdbc properity

Well hopefully you did set up hibenate corectly,
but you should setup DB for UTF-8 as well.
So DB understand encoding you are pushing in.
